1) Cancellations, rebookings

 

1.1.The booking of an appointment is binding

• Anyone who cancels agreed appointments less than 24 hours before the booked appointment will be charged 50% of the underlying fee for the booked service.

• The risk of transmission and proof of transmission lies with the customer.

• Cancellations must be made by phone or email within business hours Monday-Saturday, otherwise the voucher will be voided or the customer card will be charged for the requested service.

• For booking requests of the customer, which exactly as requested in time (within the 3 days) by me exactly as requested have been booked, a change, postponement or correction and renewed request is only once possible. In your own interest, I ask you to request only relatively safe dates.

 

1.2 Cancellations, rebookings at Studiolution or voucher campaigns (discount campaigns)

• The booking of an appointment is binding.

• The purchaser is not entitled to a refund of the fee of Studiolution or voucher campaigns (discount campaigns) against the executing service provider, if the executing service provider is not responsible for a fundamental non-utilization of the service.

• Rebookings of agreed appointments in connection with discount campaigns are only possible once and must take place at least 24 hours before within the business hours. If the booked appointment is not used again, the corresponding voucher of the discount promotion will be forfeited.

• The risk of transmission and proof of transmission lies with the customer.

 

1.3 Voucher promotions

• Customer card holders can book the promotions directly through me during the offer periods.

• Acquired vouchers of Osea Spa specially organized voucher promotions (not through third parties) usually have a validity of at least to a maximum of 24 months from purchase. For more details, please refer to the respective promotion on the corresponding promotion page. The respective validity period is always indicated here!

• After the expiration of the maximum validity, however, does not expire the services purchased through the voucher, but must additionally pay the difference to the list price.

 

1.4 Massages

• Children and teenagers under 18 years of age are massaged only if accompanied by a parent or guardian.

• In case of a delay caused by the client, the lost time will be deducted from the duration of the booked massage time.

• I am a serious institute! Sexual acts as well as the sole asking for nudity or massaging at unserious body parts and sexual services are strictly prohibited and will be considered as trespassing and insult. They are brought on demand of the respective masseuse concerned if necessary to the announcement!

• Please tell the masseuse clearly if the massage is too strong (or too soft) for you.

 

2) Newsletter

• We take great care in the creation of newsletters. Nevertheless, sources of error cannot be excluded in principle. If you have agreed to receive newsletters, you agree, to the extent permitted by law, to waive the right to warn us because of possible errors, incorrect wording, errors and / or possibly resulting violations of law in the newsletter.

• Your email data will only be used for mutual communication and for sending the newsletter. A transfer to third parties will not take place under any circumstances.

• I expressly declare that I will only use your data in connection with and for the fulfillment of my services or the purchase of products. Data will only be passed on to third parties if it is indispensable for the fulfillment of our offer.

 

3) Exclusion of healing treatments or persons from massages

• I do not perform healing treatments. If at any point such an impression should arise, this is not intentional, but all information on my website and other advertising is to be understood that I do not make or advertise any healing treatments.
